Coheris presents the new features of its Coheris CRM V5 suite at the Stratégie Clients 2010 trade show![]()
This version involved major pre-configuration effort in all its modules: marketing, sales, customer service. The most popular functions and processes are provided "out of the box" and are ready to use. Thus, the time for implementing the solution in the customer context is reduced significantly.
At the same time, the business configuration capabilities have been improved and made more accessible for the functional administrator:

The solution can thus be adapted easily to the specific features of the company and its organization. Better still, it offers the guarantee to easily follow the inevitable development of rules and processes in the company. In this regard note that Coheris now offers Third party Maintenance Contracts (TMC) for its CRM solutions, guaranteeing the proper functioning of the complete system for the customer and all the necessary developments depending on the context (progressive TMC).
The marketing functions have been developed more significantly in this version 5. It helps now create and manage the entire marketing plan of the company (objectives, budgets etc.), schedule different campaigns and follow the execution as well as the customer feedback. The targeting functions have been broadened and several possibilities are offered to users.
Other functionalities will enhance the various possibilities of the product modules:
Coheris CRM V5 also introduces a nomad version for mobile sales representatives. Fully self sufficient on a notebook, it loads all the necessary data and allows the nomad sales force to be operational on the field, without online connection with the head office. For mobile salespersons (occasional moves), certain Coheris CRM functions can be accessed from an iPhone: customer record, product catalog, diary management, meeting reports etc.
From this version, Coheris offers operational solutions with regard to predictive CRM: scoring, segmentation etc. that utilize customer information to optimize marketing campaigns, facilitate cross-selling, increase customer loyalty etc.
Finally, Coheris is the first software publisher in France that offers a concrete social CRM solution, thanks to its partnership with JeeMeo, pioneer in the filed of community platforms for enterprises. Thus, the vision of a customer who is also member of a community with regard to the company products is enhanced by the knowledge of his behavior as a member, his feelings about the company and its products, his opinion on a subject etc. At the same time, the customer service has the opportunity to reply to questions or grievances and to improve the customer satisfaction and the company's image.
